SYDONIA Import

This feature allows you to import customs declarations from the SYDONIA system in CSV or Excel format.

Supported Formats

Import Process

1. Download Template

1. Click the Template button
2. A CSV file is downloaded
3. Open it with Excel or a text editor

2. Prepare Data

Encoding

Use UTF-8 encoding to support special characters.

3. Upload File

1. Click the drop zone
2. Select your file
3. Or drag and drop directly

4. Launch Import

1. Verify the displayed file name
2. Click Import Declarations
3. Wait for processing to complete

Import Results

After import, you will see:

Automatic Processing

On import, the system:

1. Validates each line
2. Calculates risk score
3. Creates declarations
4. Generates alerts if risk > 75%
5. Updates importer scores

Best Practices

Prior Validation

Verify your file in Excel before import.

Small Batches

For large volumes, import in batches of 1,000 lines.

Duplicates

The system rejects references that already exist.

Export from SYDONIA

To export from SYDONIA:

1. Log in to SYDONIA
2. Go to Declaration module
3. Select the period
4. Export to CSV format
5. Adapt columns if necessary
